Nir is a corporate banker by background and has been involved in property lending for more than 20 years, having worked before at HSBC Bank and other internationals banks. In 2013 Nir has moved to the private sector to set up a property finance consultancy firm, which under his leadership has reviewed more than £5 billion worth of real estate transactions.
Nir has recently established CCH to become a principal lender in the UK real estate bridging finance market.
Nir holds a BA Hons degree in Business Marketing and MSc in Business Computing from the University of Westminster, London.

Michaela is a corporate banker by background and has over 25 years of corporate finance experience with a focus on UK residential and commercial property lending.
In her capacity as the Head of Corporate Finance for Bank Hapoalim’s London Branch, she was responsible for running a £750m credit portfolio comprised of Property Finance, Foreign Exchange facilities and Syndications.
Since 2014 she has been acting as the Head of Credit for REFC Ltd., a property finance consultancy firm that has reviewed over £5 billion worth of real estate lending transactions.
Michaela holds a BA degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Haifa, Israel.
